Orders for custom or personalized jewelry may have a shorter cancellation window, as the creation process starts immediately. We will inform you of the specific timeframe when placing the order.
Exceptions:
While we do our best to accommodate cancellations, there are certain situations where cancellations may not be possible:
- Custom or personalized items that are already in production.
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Items that have been altered or modified in any way.
