1.1. Eligibility: You may be eligible for a return or exchange if your jewelry item(s) meet the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accompanying documents are included.
  • The return or exchange request is made within 7 days from the date of purchase.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon receipt. These may include earrings for pierced ears, and customized or personalized jewelry.

2. Return Process

2.1. Request a Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at +91 9311347670. Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

2.2. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or if the return is due to an error on our part.

2.3. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions on how to return the item. Please clearly mark the RA# on the outside of the package.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

3.1. Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

3.2. Exchanges: If you request an exchange for a different item, we will ship the new item once the return is received and processed. If there is a price difference, you may be charged or refunded accordingly.
